Welcome to WatniMall. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WatniMall website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Watni Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use WatniMall, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Buyer Terms

As a buyer on WatniMall, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Pay for items purchased in accordance with the payment terms
• Accept delivery of items or follow return procedures
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Provide honest reviews and ratings

5. Seller Terms

As a seller on WatniMall, you agree to:

• List only genuine products you have the right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and images
• Ship items within the specified timeframe
• Honor the WatniMall return policy
• Pay applicable commissions and fees
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not list prohibited items (counterfeit goods, illegal items, etc.)

6. Payments and Commissions

WatniMall charges a commission on each sale as outlined in our Commission Rates page. Payment processing is handled securely, and sellers receive payouts according to our payment schedule. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed after successful delivery confirmation.

7. Returns and Refunds

WatniMall offers a 7-day return policy for eligible items. Returns must be initiated through the Platform, and items must be in original condition. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. For more details, see our Returns & Refunds page.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform security
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Manipulate prices, reviews, or ratings

9. Intellectual Property

All content on WatniMall, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Watni Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

WatniMall is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay. Our liability is limited to the amount of commission paid for the relevant transaction.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved through WatniMall's dispute resolution process. If you have a dispute with WatniMall, it shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with Pakistani law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
